Hierdie pragtige staproete het jou al langs die rustige Groot-Brakrivier geneem waar jy asemrowende natuurskoon, vars seelug en die kalm atmosfeer van ons dorpie kon geniet. Dit was die ideale geleentheid om bietjie te ontspan, kwaliteit tyd saam met jou geliefdes deur te bring en sommer ook ’n bietjie oefening in te kry. Of jy nou rustig wou wandel, saam met die kinders wou stap of net die mooi uitsigte wou inneem – die GB Walk was ’n lekker, veilige en gesonde aktiwiteit vir jonk en oud.

GB WALK 2026 – PARTNERSHIP INISIATIVE
Organisers of the GB Walk are proud to partner with five dedicated organisations in Grootbrakrivier, Wolwedans and Greenhaven: NG Kerk Grootbrakrivier, Searle Memorial Kerk (Outreach Inspiration), Wolwedans Gemeenskapsinisiatief, Youth Café, and Grootbrakrivier Kindersorg.
This year, we decided to take hands with these organisations to specifically focus on supporting children and youth in our community. Through the sponsorship of essential care and hygiene items, we aim to strengthen the programmes that protect, guide and uplift young people, ensuring they have the necessities, dignity and support they need to grow, learn, and thrive.
Together with our sponsors and community partners, we are committed to making a meaningful and lasting impact. By supporting these initiatives, we are not only meeting immediate needs but also investing in the future of our children and the long-term wellbeing of our community.
